Does not look like the pictures. Smells terrible, floors are sticky and stained, no dishes are provided in the kitchen, and there is a rough looking crowd staying here. Also, their breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins and oatmeal.

I have been going in staying at the extended Stay America in Shawnee Kansas for quite some time now they have always been very helpful very kind and awesome people to be around never very bad experience

I left after observing unsafe room conditions. #174 Mice droppings all along the floor near door and window, with a hole clear to the outside at the side bottom side panel next to door where mice must come in. Food in the kitchen sink just sitting in the drain. Floor hadn't been cleaned because the mice droppings would not have been there. Unhealthy, unclean and unsafe to stay in those room conditions. Feared for my health. Ask for a refund on my room. They were totally booked with no rooms. I took pictures and showed them to Philip the employee that checked me out and told me he would leave the info about my refund with the Manager, he couldn't do the refund for me.

Room was in stages of disrepair. Drawers without bottoms, nicotine stains, smelled of smoke, and they didn’t have pots & pans available.

I didn’t stay here, I made the reservation here on ******* and the hotel already had it cancelled when I showed up. Had to find a different hotel.

The facility needs to be updated. Room was relatively clean but lacked the essentials. We booked a room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There was no bedding for the sleeper sofa.

Well, let’s see it started out with the fact that nerve that the hotel did not accept cash that was not cool. When we finally got that issue figured out, we went into the room it smelled funky the carpets were dirty, the shower curtain rod had pulled loose from the wall actually someone who ripped out a molly, bolt that held it, the faucet for the bathtub ran all night .
